On behalf of our client, we are looking for a technical manager who can take on a long-term assignment starting immediately or within a month, with a preliminary end date in the autumn of 2026. The assignment is full-time and the location is Uppsala.

As a technical manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of the client's property portfolio and ensure that the properties are operated efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Responsibility for technical operation, maintenance, and development of the properties.
• Planning and follow-up of maintenance plans and technical measures.
• Energy optimization and energy efficiency measures.
• Procurement, ordering, and follow-up of contractors and consultants.
• Project management of technical projects and investments.
• Work in a client role with responsibility for finance, quality, and time.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, authority requirements, and internal guidelines.

We are primarily looking for someone with several years of experience in technical property management and who feels confident in independently managing the technical management of a varied and technology-intensive property portfolio.

We are looking for:

• Technical university education or vocational training in property management, or equivalent work experience.
• Good experience in energy optimization and energy efficiency.
• Familiarity with procuring, managing, and following up on technical projects.
• Good knowledge of contract law.
• Experience working in a client role.

If you have experience with commercial properties, it is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you are self-driven, proactive, and able to advance your work in a structured manner. You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points, where you serve as a natural link between different functions and external actors.

You are confident in yourself and have strong communication skills that allow you to handle various stakeholders professionally. You work solution-oriented and contribute to both stability and development in the organization.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be directly employed as a consultant by Fasticon.
